When removing an old wardrobe, you can be left with some unexpected issues. In this case our customer discovered that the rendering around their chimney breast and wall was crumbling. When starting a project like this, the last thing you need is to source other trades and wait for a longer time than you expected for completion. Our customer asked how we may be able to help with this issue. With all our years of experience, this was not in any way daunting and we set about planning a solution.
Without compromising on the original layout, we made some adjustments as to how we would normally approach putting our sliding wardrobe interiors together. We added in some additional panels, and also covered a section of the ceiling that was unsightly. Then the rest of the beautiful bespoke interior was assembled, the customer chose a mixture of hanging and shelves.
Finally, we finished the customers’ made to measure sliding door wardrobe. The customer chose a mixture of silver frame with white and mirror glass, one full-length mirror and three stylish multi-panel doors to the customers’ design.
