How long does it take to install a Simply Sliding Wardrobe?
It usually takes one day to install, sometimes two. You will be told how long it will take by your designer.
Are all your fitters employed by you?
Yes. We do not use sub-contractors, only our own installers who are fully trained and are completely conversant with our product and working practices.
Is it true that made-to-measure fitted wardrobes are expensive?
No. Well, some companies are. We believe that we can give good value for money and a price that will allow you to make the most of your budget.
Do your designers or salespersons work on a commission basis?
No. You will not be subject to a ‘hard sell’ or other ‘tricks of the trade’. We offer a straight-forward free designer service in a no-pressure appointment.
Can I buy just the doors and tracks from you?
No. We do not offer a ‘supply only’ service. With due respect to trades and keen diy carpenters, we only install sliding door wardrobes and take pride in the expertise in which we do so. We would not want a lesser quality installation to detract from your experience of our sliding door wardrobes.
How long would we have to wait before a Simply Sliding Wardrobe can be installed?
Our lead time is usually 3 – 4 weeks, but that is not to say we cannot react to a more urgent requirement.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 10 year guarantee against installation and hardware failure.
How much deposit do you require for us to book an installation?
25% deposit secures an installation date – the final balance is due on the day of installation.
Do you offer finance packages?
No we don’t. We can offer solutions to suit most budgets, none are designed to break the bank.
Do you fit hinged door wardrobes?
No, only sliding doors.
I have a broken door, can you replace just the glass or a single door?
No. There are a number of different sliding door systems available, the parts are not inter-changeable and we could not undertake to work on a different system to that which we supply.
If the integrity of the door was compromised we could not supply replacement parts.
I have a wall with a sloping ceiling, do you make angled sliding doors?
Sometimes it is possible, but quite often there is more to consider than the need for an angled door. We would recommend you give us a call and speak to an experienced designer who will explain the pros and cons of different options. There is often more than one solution and we are happy to offer our experience in finding yours.
